Yes. All IV therapy requires a doctor’s consultation and prescription before treatment can be provided. This is completed via a video consult prior to your treatment and is required by Australian regulations for compounding and IV administration.

Under current TGA advertising regulations, individual IV components cannot be publicly listed. All formulations are compounded under prescription and medical governance.

Your Registered Nurse begins with a comprehensive clinical consultation, discussing your health history, lifestyle factors, wellness goals, and suitability for IV therapy.
You’ll then complete a doctor consult via video call. After medical clearance, your nurse prepares and administers your infusion. -
Your first appointment is longer, as safety, assessment, and personalised care are prioritised. Follow‑up sessions are typically shorter, depending on your needs.
Depending on your individual IV plans and protocols, appointments can take as little as 30 minutes to 5 hours for advanced therapies & infusions. Times will be discussed prior to booking in your appointment.

A $60 deposit is required prior to booking your telehealth appointment. This covers the cost of the dr consultation, and your prescription. This is required for every booking and will be deducted from your total invoice amount on the day of treatment.
The invoice for services will be attended to during consult; total invoice amount is required prior to having your IV Therapy.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or re-scheduling.
